Woodland Scenics also offers "rock molds" that you can use to texture the rock faces.<br /><br />One other idea, is Gypsolite. It has a lot of properties that you maybe looking for. It has a fairly long setting time (up to an hour), has a gritty texturem, and can be made thick or thin (depending on the effect you want for your cliffs). Can you ease off the foam, and hit it several times?<br /><br />How does 'stone' craft paint sound?
